Zaida’s classes teach you how to make real home-cooked Mexican meals. You will learn to make the same meals that Mexican families eat every day in their homes and around the country.

We will be making:

  • Mint rice
  • Black beans
  • Chilaquiles
  • Vegetarian or chicken green enchiladas
  • Agua de tamarindo, and
  • A strawberry shortcake
