The Business Communication class covers the most important and the most basic communication skills needed for success in the American workplace. The focus for fall 2022 will be on all aspects of spoken and written communication, both for the individual and working in collaborative business group environments. This class will focus on creating and the delivery of quality Zoom presentations, since that is now an industry standard. We will have guest speakers/contributors from Sales Force, Google, and Workday who will provide the latest information on Business communication skills and expectations in the workplace.

We will meet in person for the first 4 classes and last class. Two classes (11/29 and 12/6 classes will be a Zoom format with a link provided. This allows students to meet and be able to ask questions of speakers from various businesses around the world. Students can also practice their Zoom presentations on each other if they choose to do so at that time.
