CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE MAKING (NEW)

Join this fun and yummy class making chocolate bonbons. Students will learn how to make dark chocolate truffles, eat them and take home the rest of the bonbons they make. The truffles made in class will contain dairy. The instructor will discuss other options to make vegan friendly truffles. Vegan truffles can be made if requested by students.

Bring containers for leftovers.

All supplies included in fees.
