We’ll make and taste 2 or more of the following dishes:

  • hoisin glazed pecan beet loaf
  • lentil and spinach stuffed squash
  • mushroom pot pie
  • whole roasted cauliflower with tahini sauce

There’s flexibility in what we make, please email instructor with wants and needs.
