Brittany Sabol is the Managing Director at the Environmental Volunteers, a leading non-profit organization providing joyful, place-based nature science experiences for all ages, abilities and ethnicities. Brittany studied at University of Minnesota and earned a B.S. In Ecology, Evolution, and Behavior, and a B.A. in Theater Arts. After college she began developing an educational program for a wildlife rehabilitation center before moving to The Tech Museum of Innovation. There she got more involved with curriculum development for students in a variety of settings. She has been with the Environmental Volunteers since 2007 continuing to work on curriculum, but also now leading the volunteer training programs, teaching anyone how to engage youth in the natural sciences. She is a member of the North American Association of Environmental Educators and the National Science Teachers Association.
