LINE DANCING

Line Dancing is a fun way to stay fit and meet friends. Line dancing increases endurance and balance along with enhanced memory and awareness. Each class is choreographed by song and taught so the group is dancing in unison. Exercise your brain and body while enhancing balance as you learn new steps. Dance to a wide variety of international Music – including pop music, classical music and seasonal songs. Beginners are welcome. No partner needed.
