SEWING: BEGINNING GARMENT SEWING

Learn some basic garment sewing techniques in our super fun beginning class and have your own Project Runway moment! We will learn step-by-step how professionals make fine, well-fitting clothing. We will start slowly with a basic project and along the way you will learn about working with sewing patterns and how to use a sewing machine. A supplies list and a list of suggested sewing patterns will be sent out about 2 weeks before the first class. You do not need your own sewing machine and previous experience is not required. There will be a $10 materials fee payable to the instructor at the first class meeting. If you are an absolute beginner, this is the class for you! Limit 20 students.
