During the current Covid-19 period, this class is being held LIVE ONLINE via Zoom.

Learn the traditional Chen Style first form (Taijiquan). Practice the continuous movements helping develop balance, body coordination and strength. Learn a series of exercises based on fundamental Tai Chi moves. Practice meditation to relax the muscles, calm the mind and reduce stress. Improve body alignment and daily movement.
