ADVANCED SPEAKING AND READING AMERICAN STORIES USING CHABOT

Have you checked a topic on Google recently and seen a paragraph called AI? This information is the product of Chatbot, which has already gathered it for you. You will view, read, and discuss true accounts of experiences connected to American issues, experiences such as entering the country as a refugee, dealing with racism, seeking a job and finding a home. What information does Chatbot gather for us on these topics and how does it chat with us about them? We will add this question to our viewing and discussion of stories from the well-known Public Radio broadcast, The Moth Radio Hour. Along with stories from the Moth Radio Hour, we will view and discuss two Agatha Christie mysteries, which the class will solve before viewing the endings. Telling stories that teach us the truth will be the theme of this course. What do we learn from Chatbot and from our own independent reading?
