Everyone wants to live a healthier life! At Palo Alto Adult School, we offer traditional fitness classes along with classes that improve the health of our minds and bodies.

  • AIKIDO

    The training in this class encompasses Aikido, meditation, and other training consistent with allowing students to be, and to become who they are.
