Learn a combination of Egyptian-style belly Dance with the elegance of Persian Dance movements and fundamentals of posture, isolations, steps, and shimmies. We will cover the accents of Belly Dance and the delicate arm and foot patterns of Persian Dancing. Class begins with a quick warm-up, followed by technique and combinations, and ends with stretching. Classes are suitable for all ability levels.
