Enhance your conversational skills by immersing yourself in a series of topics on food evolution, origins and history. This course will help you express your opinions and expand your ability to communicate. The course content is designed to increase your culinary vocabulary and improve your grammar. Course materials will be emailed by the instructor prior to the first meeting.
