ITALIAN BOOK CLUB: ADVANCED — READING AND CONVERSATION

New school year, new selection of books! Challenge yourself in this lively class and increase your Italian vocabulary and culture while reading and conversing completely in Italian. The selected book contains complex grammatical structures that enhance your ability to incorporate new idioms and vocabulary in different contexts. You will be asked to read at home and actively participate in class.

Stefania Filigheddu’s Italian Advanced Reading and Conversation class is definitely advanced, but it is so worth the effort. Not only are we challenged (in a good way) regarding vocabulary and grammar, but we are challenged to analyze the literature, and our eyes are opened to the Italian culture in ways that wouldn’t otherwise be possible. Definitely a five-star class.
