Students will deepen their knowledge in Italian furthering their understanding of grammar structures, expanding their vocabulary and enhancing their ability to speak and read in both verbal and written comprehension. We will go through the comparative form of the adjective, review some forms of the passato prossimo, start the conditional form of the verbs, the gerund form and direct and indirect personal pronouns. Some of the covered topics will be: how to describe people, how to make Hypothesis and ask polite questions.
Required textbook may be purchased at the Adult School office. Returning students do not need to buy a new book.
Prerequisite: Beginning Italian: present tense and passato prossimo; concordance by gender and number of nouns, articles and adjectives.
