Karate is the way and art of life, built on discipline and respect. Through training, you gain self-defense, strength, confidence, and emotional control. It teaches mastery inside and out, overcoming weakness and temptation. Karate is not a sport, but a martial art guiding you toward the correct path. Students must purchase a white karate gi (karate clothes) with a white belt before the first class meeting. Please contact the instructor to confirm the required outfit for class. Limit 16 students.
Students will need to purchase safety gear (gloves, foot protection, shin protection, and body protection) in the future. All safety gear must be confirmed and approved by instructor before purchasing them. Please contact the instructor for more information regarding the materials and gi.
