MAT PILATES

Pilates is suitable for all age groups and levels. You can engage even the smallest muscles with Pilates that you wouldn’t be able to with other activities. All you need to bring is a mat and water bottle! You will increase your physical strength, balance, concentration, breathing levels, and core stability in this class.
