Join us for an exciting class that combines the elegance of Persian dance with the fundamentals of Egyptian-style belly dance. This course will cover essential techniques such as posture, isolations, steps, and shimmies, as well as the unique accents of belly dance and the delicate arm and foot patterns characteristic of Persian dancing. Each class will begin with a quick warm-up, followed by focused technique training and combinations, and will conclude with a stretching session. Classes are suitable for beginning and intermediate ability levels. Limit 12 students.
