Join us for a unique class that combines the grace of Egyptian-style belly dance with the elegance of Persian dance movements. We will focus on the fundamentals of posture, isolations, steps, and shimmies. The class will include accents of belly dance as well as the delicate arm and foot patterns found in Persian dancing. Class begins with a quick warm-up, followed by technique exercises and combinations, and concludes with stretching. Suitable for all levels! Limit 18 students.
