Student Comments

The Beginning Spanish class was my first class at the Adult School. I signed up to learn Spanish so that I have the skills for my next trip to Colombia. Leo, the instructor is an amazing person.

Gundeep Singh
Software Engineer

I wanted to learn a new language and found the Beginning Spanish class through an online search. The instructor, Leo is a very passionate, enthusiastic and delightful teacher. I am going to practice what I learned with my Spanish speaking colleagues.

Arya,
Engineer

Leo is one of the best language teachers that I’ve ever had! In the Beginning Spanish class, Leo spends an entire session teaching the class how each letter in Spanish should be pronounced, including the correct position of the tongue. I found this very helpful, since pronunciation can be very difficult to master when learning a language as an adult.

Rosemarie DeKruyff,
Professor / Scientist
