TRADITIONAL OAXACAN BREAKFAST (Spring 2026)New Class

You will learn how to make handmade tortillas, tetelas de frijol, memelas with Oaxacan Cheese and picadas de asiento. You will also make salsa the old school way, in a molcajete (Mexican mortar and pestle). You will make Chocolate de agua and cafe de Olla for your refreshments. Enjoy the fruits of your labor with your fellow students and instructor. Bring containers for leftovers.
