Build an epoxy river charcuterie board, just in time for Thanksgiving Dinner! The board will be about 1” x 12” x 18”, but you can customize it (within reason). In the first two classes, you will mill the wood slabs, build a form from melamine boards, position and secure the wood in the form, and mix and pour the resin. After a week of curing, in the 3rd and 4th classes, you will break away the form, flatten the board, sand it, route a profile, add rubber feet and handles, apply some finish, and pose for a picture. There will be a $125 materials fee payable to the instructor on the first day of class.
Prerequisite: Woodworking 1 completion, or are currently enrolled in Woodworking 1 – NO EXCEPTIONS (This class does not prequalify for Woodworking 3)
