I am a Culinary Instructor and Executive Chef who started my career as a dishwasher. My passion for cooking began at an early age, as I was born into a family with a strong tradition of cooking. During my childhood, I learned about the cultivation and preparation of food, farming animals, and the significance of food in every celebration throughout cultural traditions all of the year. I take pride in my culinary excellence and have over ten years of experience in Asian, Spanish, and Mexican cuisine.
