Roberta Lamanda

PAAS Program: World Languages

Roberta was born and raised in Rome where she earned her Bachelor Degree in Political Science at La Sapienza, University of Rome. She worked in Milan for many years before moving to New York where she worked as a contributor for a major Italian TV network. When she moved to Palo Alto, California with her family, she discovered a passion for teaching the Italian language and culture to students at various levels in the Bay Area. She volunteered for several years as an Italian teacher at Bechtel International Center, Stanford University. When not teaching Italian, Roberta loves to spend time with her family and friends, writing her blog in Italian, and cooking regional Italian recipes. She is passionate about sharing her Italian language and culture.
