- Art materials and tools
- Paint: one 2 oz. tube each of red, yellow, blue, black, and white (the Liquitex
Basics set in 2.5 fl oz sized tubes will do nicely)
- Brushes: varying sizes, from fine tip to ca. 1 in.
- Palette knife (spatula for mixing paint)
- Pack of canvas paper
- Other
- Palette: a plastic plate or disposable pint deli container lid will do
- Water container
- Plastic table cloth for protecting your table space
- Notebook or sketchpad and note-taking pen or pencil
Materials and tools can be purchased at University Art Redwood City, the Stanford
University Bookstore, or Michaels. Your choice of brands: price and quality ranges from
student to professional grade. You are also welcome to use any supplies you already
have at home.
