PILATES: BEGINNING/INTERMEDIATE

Increase your core strength, flexibility and endurance with Pilates, a mind-body exercise that emphasizes conscious breath and form. Will use small balls and therabands. Modifications will be taught. A mat is required during class. Limit 16 students.
