WOODWORKING 2: BUILD A TABLETOP WORKBENCH

Build a tabletop workbench, including a laminated top for stability, a Moxon vise for cutting joinery into the ends of boards, a planing stop for finishing your material and various other doohickeys and doodads for Woodworking on the go. You will have the opportunity to review and expand upon skills learned in Woodworking 1. Tools covered will include the jointer, planer, bandsaw, table saw, mortising machine, and the router table. This class is especially suited for students who plan to take a Handtools class, or want to use such tools at home.
